enjoyable. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item purchased, we are more than willing to assist you. Please feel free to contact our qualified and dedicated anytime.
All customers have 30 days to return items
-All returns must be returned within 30 days from receiving date.
-Any returnable items past the 30th day are deemed un-returnable and will not be accepted.
-All returnable items must have the label, tags on them and must not appear to have been washed, worn or altered, sent back in their original package. We do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear, lingerie clearance items.
- All returns must be approved by our support team prior to their sending. Please email us to request an R.M.A (Return Merchandise Authorization). Our Support Team will give you our R.M.A instructions form and address. Items sent back without R.M.A form will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs to return the product(s) are covered fully by the customer and not refundable. We will proceed with compensation, once we received the returned item.
STEPS TO RETURN ITEM UNDER WARRANTY
Step 1
Please contact us immediately please email us stating your order number and the item code. Please attach pictures to show us the problem so we can assist you. Please keep the picture below 2 MB.
Step 2
We review your complaint with all your details as above and offer a solution.
WARRANTY SITUATIONS
Receive Damaged, Defective Incorrect Items:
In the event an order is shipped with defective, damaged or incorrect items please follow both steps above. Once we receive your information and attachments we will allow a return by giving you an R.M.A form.
Then once we received the package, we will send you an exchange at our own expense or refund you in full (original product value + original shipping if any).
Incorrect size:
We need your help to confirm the issue. For this, email us with your order number and item code along with the following details:
- Please confirm the size you have ordered.
- Please confirm the size you have received.
- Please let us know whether the fitting is large or too small.
Once we confirm the size is wrong, we will send you an exchange at our own expense or refund you in full (original product value + original shipping if any).
Order's mistake:
We will ship what you have ordered at the address you have provided in the check-out.
Customer is fully responsible for inputting the right address and select the right size and products.
If you realize you have ordered the wrong item and want to exchange please email us we can allow you to return. All shipping costs to return item(s) and to send back an exchange are at the customer's expense.
Exemptions from refunds and exchanges
Unless Twinkledeals@kfwholesale.com made a mistake, items which are exempt from refunds, exchanges or replacements include all apparel listed under the underwear(woman's intimates) swimwear, earrings and Sales categories.
